This position ensures project objectives are achieved through effective coordination, resource management, and adherence to quality standards. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the APM oversees day-to-day operations, supervises subcontractor field teams, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety protocols along with adherence with end user specifications.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nYears of experience: 3+\nFamiliarity with Copper, and fiber OPTIC cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to accurate timekeeping and operational efficiency\nFamiliarity with Copper, and fiber OPTIC cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts.\nDemonstrated expertise in structured cabling standards with proven ability to lead projects and manage teams of 5 or more technicians.\nProficiency in telecom drawing interpretation and comprehensive project planning.\nSkilled in terminating jacks, patch panels, and 66/110 blocks, adhering to 568A/B wiring standards.\nAbility to utilize Fluke testers for verification and troubleshooting of voice/data connectivity.\nFamiliarity with Copper, and fiber cabling requirements, as well as closet buildouts.\nFamiliarity with high strand count fiber, furcation, & splicing.\nPhysical capability to lift and position up to 50 lbs and utilize ladder for inspection purposes.\nOwnership of standard low-voltage tools (snips, strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches, VFL).\nFlexibility to work second/third shifts, overtime, and in high-pressure environments.\nMust be a US Citizen\nWith ability to travel 30-50% of the time\nComputer Skills:\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nCertificates and Licenses:\nPreferred Certifications (Not Required)\nBICSI Technician or Installer Certification\nOSHA 30\nPowder-Actuated Tools Certification\nConfined Space Certification\nCPR and First Aid Certification\nManufacturer-specific installation and maintenance certifications\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\n\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
