Job DescriptionPosition Objective: Provide services as an Administrator in support of the overall functions of the Health Portfolio PMT within GAP Solutions.Duties And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with members of the Health Portfolio team to fulfill requests and ensure that projects meet contractor and client standards.Collaborate with other company functional departments and staff members as needed to see assignments through completion.Carry out a variety of administrative tasks, such as creating spreadsheets and trackers, and assisting in the preparation of deliverables, and project plans.Research, extract and summarize data in order to update and maintain past performance information in approved document formats.Work cross-functionally with team members from across the company.Gather and enter data into relevant trackers, documents, and spreadsheets.Participate in team calls/meetings to discuss assigned task status.Assist in the planning and development of management processes and make recommendations for improvement recommendations.Understand the basics of federal government contracting.May take on additional projects as needed.Basic QualificationsHS Diploma and 2 years of college educationMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff.Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required by this position.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
