This Associate Director, Digital Marketing role will lead the strategy and manage the execution of key web customer touch-points and reporting activities associated with the BIAH US Pet business. The main focus of the role will be customer web strategy & execution, enhancing the digital customer experience across our channels,lead campaigns including social media, SMS,email,data and digital media as needed to support US Pet Brand Marketing business goals and go-to market plans.Duties & Responsibilities Own and define web/digital strategies to support US Pet Digital Marketing goals & over arching BIAH business goals. Lead web and digital strategy and execution including website builds and maintenance, social media in the future, Agency Management including Media and any new channels we emerge into in the Digital space:Content MarketingEnhance Customer Journey Develop engaging campaign content Oversee campaign deployment including UATReporting and optimization/testing Establish content plan, Create and maintain content calendar by collecting input and collaborating with digital, internal stakeholders, agencies to be utilized across all digital channelsData 1st approach with a keen eye for performance, analytics and reporting including:Define KPI'sIdentify data sources. Direct agency partners as needed for reporting support and optimizationsSocialize reports and insights with key stakeholdersRefine and optimize campaigns and data flow, collection, organization/structure, etc. based on reporting insightsManage and develop relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with Channel Excellence, IT, Brand Teams, Communications, Customer Experience and Digital peers to gain support/buy in to deliver timely implementation of digital marketing campaignsServe as subject matter expert on all web projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree required7+ year experience in digital marketing across industriesLeading & growing digital marketing platforms like websites, campaigns across multiple channels such as email, SMS, programmatic advertising and social paid & organic. Creating and managing content across multiple channels and brandsUsing and managing automated marketing systems to build customer journeys (Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.)Experience working with Digital Tools & Marketing Technology: Understanding and experience using website analytics tools (preferably Adobe Analytics), data management platforms (DMPs) or customer data platforms (CDP) and website personalization tools (Preferably Adobe Target). Experience working with business partners both internally and externally (agencies). Able to clearly communicate marketing needs and drive projects through to completionExhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
