This is a _*one-on-one, community-based role*_ focused on helping an individual build independence, life skills, and confidence while staying active in their community.\n\nIf you enjoy meaningful work, building relationships, and helping someone achieve real-life goals, this role may be a great fit.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n_As a Mentor, you will teach and assist in the following areas:_\n\n* Building independent cooking skills (meal plan, prep, and cook)\n* Searching for employment and building employment skills\n* Maintaining a clean and organized home\n* Guidance with budgeting and paying bills.\n* Encourage personal hygiene and appearance.\n* Nutrition- Planning and preparing meals, shopping and safe food storage.\n* Guidance with budgeting and paying bills.\n* Support the importance of family and friends and respect of others.\n\nThis role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact.
