You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of SharePoint initiatives. CE’s assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing their environments.\n\nPositions are full time salaried roles offering great benefits.\n\nSalary: $95,000 -110,000 based on experience\n\nTravel: CE’s are home based and deliver services typically via Microsoft Teams.\n\nPrimary work includes:\n\nStandard Product Work Shops - Training\nIn-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions\nHealth Checks / Assessments\nPost Operational Review of Product Implementations\nProduct Upgrade / Migration Assessments\nSystems Performance Reviews\n\nThe experience you need to excel in the role:\n\n7 years of Microsoft Server products, Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 technologies\n4-5 years of SharePoint development experience, especially with SharePoint Framework (SPfX) development\nStrong experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (and SharePoint Online\nSharePoint branding and customization options\nRemediation / redevelopment of legacy SharePoint designer customizations, including 2010 workflows,\nMicrosoft Graph API (not only for SharePoint but Viva Engage as well)\nUnderstanding of using Azure Data-gateways for integrating Power Automate flows with SharePoint on-premises\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Graph Search connectors and creating custom Graph Search Connectors using the Graph Search SDK\nIn depth advanced PowerShell development skills\nUsing SharePoint Designer & InfoPath\nRemediation of legacy full-trust code customizations - most of this already done\nViva Engage community creation and management using Microsoft Graph API\nTaking on internal initiatives to create services opportunities, work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities while maintaining focus\nUse trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools, to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; this may involve writing code\nSolid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals\nUsing Flow & Microsoft forms for creation of advanced workflow functions for SharePoint Online\n\nAbout JDA TSG:\n\nSince 2011, our mission has remained the same: to partner with clients helping to solve the toughest problems facing their businesses.
