This will include integrating voluntary and regulatory compliance and reporting needs, ensuring full life cycle accounting for any program, assisting with client carbon footprints, sustainability documentation, regulatory and voluntary emissions reports, and staying aware of emerging best practices as well as regional differences. The successful candidate will be a vital member of a growing team, assisting with the decarbonization of aviation through comprehensive sustainability solutions.\nLocation:\nRemote (Office space available in Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, New York City, and Scottsdale, AZ).\nKey responsibilities\nBuild relationships with customers to understand their needs and help educate about our different program and services.\nAct as a point of contact for identified prospects and explain our services.\nEnsure customer deliverables and inquiries are addressed on time.\nPrepare presentations and reporting templates.\nCalculate carbon and other environmental footprints based on client information using company tools.\nAssist with client onboarding, recurring sends, and Q&A; log actions and status in CRM/project tools.\nGuide new strategic offerings and execute implementation to the industry.\nAttend webinars, conferences and perform individual research to stay on top of emerging policy developments, grant opportunities, and be able to communicate summary notes and guidance about the impacts for our program to the company and customers.\nCreate education materials and guidance for customers to understand sustainability terms and concepts, best practices, evolving trends, policy, accounting guidance, etc.\nAssist clients with data collection and calculation of their carbon footprints.\nCommunicate effectively and clearly with outside customers and partners.\nAttend key trade conferences to represent 4AIR and talk about program with potential and existing customers.\nSupport the development of new carbon and non-carbon reporting mechanisms and processes.\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nData accuracy: Comfortable cleaning, checking, and reconciling flight activity data; high attention to detail and numeracy.\nDeadline ownership: Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritising tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail, and sense of urgency. Ability to work in a small team, remote environment.\nTeam player & feedback-friendly: Collaborates across regulatory, commercial, and data/tech teams; receptive to coaching.\nClear communicator: Explains findings and next steps simply to clients and internal stakeholders..\nProfessional presence: Able to represent the company and support at industry events\nContinuous learning: Proactive about policy updates and applies learning to improve processes and educate peers.\nFunctional Skills\nCommunication: Client-facing email etiquette, meeting notes, and follow-ups; builds rapport with customers and partners; effective in a remote team.\nTools & software: Proficient across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; strong general data-management skills; quick to learn new platforms.
