The role supports the onboarding of acquired companies into BKF’s technology environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365, identity, collaboration services, security controls, and related cloud technologies.\n\nReporting to the M&A Integration Lead and receiving technical direction from the Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer, this position performs hands-on migration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, cutover, and hypercare activities across multiple acquisitions each year.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a technical generalist with strong Microsoft cloud and identity experience who can work independently while following established integration architecture, standards, and migration plans.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nExecute technical integration activities for acquired companies in accordance with approved architecture, migration plans, and BKF standards.\nPerform migrations into BKF’s standard platforms, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive-to-Box migrations.\nSupport migrations from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 tenants, and other source environments.\nExecute identity and access integration activities involving Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, conditional access, provisioning, and account lifecycle management.\nSupport the technical dependencies associated with endpoint deployment, including identity, Intune enrollment, application access, security policies, and user authentication.\nSupport Azure and related cloud-integration activities when required, including access, permissions, subscriptions, and coordination with Cloud Operations.\nWork with acquired-company IT teams, internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to gather technical information and complete assigned integration work.\nFollow migration runbooks, cutover plans, validation procedures, rollback plans, and hyper care processes.\nTroubleshoot technical issues during migration, cutover, and stabilization.\nSupport the integration of security, compliance, endpoint-protection, and IT-management platforms.\nDocument source environments, migration activities, configurations, dependencies, risks, and completion status.\nContribute to reusable integration playbooks, standards, checklists, scripts, and automation.\nEscalate technical risks, blockers, and design decisions to the Senior M&A Technology Integration Engineer.\n\nRequirements\n\nHands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.\nExperience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, identity synchronization, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.\nExperience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager, or similar endpoint-management platforms.\nExperience supporting endpoint readiness, device enrollment, application deployment, and user onboarding.\nFamiliarity with Azure administration, access, permissions, subscriptions, networking concepts, and cloud services.\nAbility to troubleshoot across identity, email, collaboration, endpoint, and cloud environments.\nStrong PowerShell, documentation, and technical-procedure skills.\nAbility to support multiple concurrent acquisition projects and planned after-hours or weekend cutovers.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and acquired-company personnel.\nAbility to work independently while escalating risks and technical decisions appropriately.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.\nExperience migrating Google Workspace environments to Microsoft platforms.\nExperience with BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate, or similar migration tools.\nExperience automating Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, or Azure activities with PowerShell.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Defender, Purview, Sentinel, or related security platforms.\nExperience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or enterprise onboarding.\nExperience working with managed service providers, consultants, and integration vendors.\nFamiliarity with ITSM, change-management, and technical project-tracking processes.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications.\n\nPhysical Demands: Must be able to regularly talk, hear and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse and occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 20 pounds with accommodations.\n\nWork Conditions: Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds at a low or moderate level consistent with an office setting. Exposure to high-stress, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Travel to other BKF locations and client sites may be required.\n\nBenefits\n\nThe typical base salary range for this position is $100,000- $135,000 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
