We bring intelligent systems and agent-driven workflows into large-scale programs to improve delivery speed, decision quality, and execution clarity.This is a large-scale transformation initiative where IT plays a central role in driving delivery across business stakeholders and system integrator teams.Role OverviewThe role focuses on owning and driving IT execution across ERP transformation, data migration, legacy modernization, and enterprise integrations.You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across design, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness, with full accountability across workstreams and dependencies.You are not expected to be an AI expert on day one. You will learn and apply AI in a real program setting, combining traditional program management with AI-enabled execution.Location: Irvine, CALevel: Manager / Senior ManagerSalary Range: $140K to $190KResponsibilities:Program ExecutionLead execution across Oracle Fusion ERP workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, and cross-functional integrationsDrive end-to-end delivery from solution design through testing, cutover, and go-live readinessData and SystemsManage data migration and reconciliation, improving mapping accuracy and validation cycles using AI-assisted toolsSupport legacy system transition and modernization effortsPlanning and DependenciesFacilitate process discovery and requirements alignment, translating workflows into structured implementation plansOwn program planning and roadmap execution, including sequencing, milestone tracking, and scenario planningIdentify and manage cross-workstream dependenciesDelivery GovernanceManage boundary systems integration across enterprise applicationsOversee release management, environment readiness, and deployment coordination across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRODAI in ExecutionAI is increasingly embedded in how delivery is executed across the program, including:Data migration and reconciliation workflowsLegacy system understanding and modernizationProcess discovery and planningDependency tracking and execution visibilityRequirements8+ years of experience in complex ERP or transformation programsAbility to operate across multiple teams and dependenciesStrong ownership and execution mindsetWillingness to learn and apply AI in delivery environmentsWhy This Role
