You will combine your background in engineering hardware implementations with your knowledge of radio frequency (RF) data and digital processing techniques as part of a collaborative and spirited development team. Your work will be crucial to developing and improving our existing product line of tools and software that bring the art of the impossible into the hands of the DoD and Intelligence Community users.\n\nYou’ll Be Owning\n\nCreate new solutions by implementing advanced signal processing techniques in hardware for real‑time solutions.\n\nDesign hardware and firmware to enhance existing products to create innovative and cutting‑edge solutions to big DoD and IC problems.\n\nDocument and present results to a variety of users and stakeholders.\n\nWhat You Must Have\n\nU.S. citizenship is required.\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.\n\n3+ years of relevant experience (a combination of years of experience and professional certifications/training can be used in lieu of years of experience).\n\nDemonstrated experience using COTS statistical software (Verilog, VHDL).\n\nExperience integrating FPGA designs with embedded processors, SoCs, DSPs, and external hardware components.\n\nStrong understanding of digital logic design, finite state machines (FSMs), pipelining, and clock domain crossing (CDC) techniques.\n\nKnowledge of FPGA debugging techniques including use of Integrated Logic Analyzers (ILA), SignalTap, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.\n\nProficiency in Python, Tcl, Perl, or scripting languages for automation, testing, and build processes.\n\nSelf‑motivated and self‑driven for independent work while also demonstrating strong collaboration skills in teams of diverse backgrounds.\n\nPossess effective communication skills; capable of providing highly detailed information in an easy‑to‑understand format and diligence in documentation of all phases of product development.\n\nNice to Have\n\nActive TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\n\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.\n\nExperience developing and working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML).\n\nExperience with High-Level Synthesis (HLS) tools such as Vitis HLS, Intel HLS, or MATLAB HDL Coder.\n\nExperience with embedded Linux, real‑time operating systems (RTOS), or bare‑metal software development.\n\nFamiliarity with ARM‑based SoCs, Zynq, Versal, Intel SoC FPGAs, or heterogeneous computing platforms.\n\nExperience designing for functional safety, reliability, fault tolerance, or radiation‑hardened applications.\n\nBenefits\n\nRobust health plan including medical, dental, and vision\n\nHealth Savings Account with company contribution\n\nAnnual Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays\n\n401(k) with generous company match\n\nTraining and Development Opportunities\n\nVariety of Company Sponsored Events\n\nEEO Statement\nGRVTY is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
