**W2 Only**We are hiring Mainframe Developer to work in Westlake, TX!The Skills You Bring7-10 years of software development experience in business critical, enterprise-wide applications.BS/BA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience preferred.Excellent mainframe development skills in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL, IBM Utilities, FileAID, Endevor, SQL, Debuggers, Schedulers, and IOMsAbility to perform detailed analysis for maintenance and enhancement projects in the batch and online environments.Design, deploy and support software releases into production environments.Employ your data security skills to keep our customers’ information safe.You are detailed oriented and execute thorough unit, functional and regression testingAbility to perform hands on detailed analysisBe proactive in your work in development and designing solutionsProven Experience writing COBOL/Native stored procedures is a plus (Nice to have/Willing to learn)Experience in Distributed Technologies such as Java and service based architecture via RESTful APIs (Nice to have/Willing to learn)Awareness or exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, particularly in hybrid mainframe–cloud integration scenarios (Nice to have/Willing to learn)Must Have Skills:CobolDB2 CICS VSAM JCL Fileaid Endevour SQL over DB2 processing concepts and database management.
