In keeping with Chef Michael Tusk’s cuisine, Cotogna showcases the best of Italian viticulture with an emphasis on organic, small scale wines true to their terroir.\n\nSUMMARY OF POSITION\nAs the Sommelier at Cotogna, your role will assist in the direction and coordination of the day-to-day wine service program. You will uphold the highest standards of service by developing, maintaining, and establishing new Quince protocols and practices. Department implementation of all company policies & procedures as outlined in the Quince & Co.
