Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.\n\n4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.\n\nRoles/Responsibilities:\n\nDesigns, codes and modifies complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.net, and Oracle Database.\nPerforms necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc.\nUses current software development methods/techniques and established development standards (which include programming standards, documentation standards and testing standards) to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications.\nParticipates in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.\n\nMandatory Skills:\n\nExperience in computer programming, analysis and development of complex business processes and system solutions -7 years\nExperience in coding, testing, and debugging of programs that are in development and/or requiring support for issue resolution, performance or enhancement -7 years\nAbility to process information logically; to design programs and systems logic; to prepare program specifications. -7 years\nHighly developed oral and written communications skills -7 years\nHigh level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others motivate employee and elicit work output -7 years\nKnowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization -7 years\nKnowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information, applications, organizational structure, etc. -7 years\nKnowledge of emerging technologies (new to company systems as well as those that are new to the information systems industry) -7 years\nKnowledge of tools, techniques and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing, company technology practices, standards and procedures -7 years\nKnowledge of solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology -7 years\n\nDesirable Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with Agency//'s information architecture and information management methodologies -2 years\nFamiliarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components -2 years.\n\nWork Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n\nThemesoft Inc is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
