Key responsibility is to manage, under supervision, a cross-functional development team in order to develop and launch innovative product solutions that meet cost, schedule and scope requirements. You’ll get to:\nMonitors project P&L and key drivers that affect overall program financial health ensuring projects meet established objectives (e.g. margins, costs, revenue).\nDemonstrates high level of understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies used to produce a product.\nDevelops and maintains timing and action plan for projects of moderate scope with guidance from senior PMs.\nIdentifies problems, conducts root-cause analysis, and implements solution using a systematic approach.\nPartners with development and delivery organizations to participate in consensus on new product development (NPD), productivity and product maintenance.\nIncorporates consumer and market insights as a driver of innovation and project execution.\nChallenges and provides constructive mitigation strategies.\nFollows standardized guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans and maintains documentation as required by the stage-gate development process.\nUnder supervision will support or lead projects whose level of innovation and technology is existing or proven and contains higher risk, complexity and capital spend.\nBuilds extensive cross-functional knowledge of business operations to effectively manage risks, coordinate project activities and make appropriate decisions.\nThe Person:\nYou love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
