We are seeking electricians with proven industrial experience-specifically in troubleshooting, large conduit and wire pulls, motor controls, 480V systems, transformers and working within industrial environments who can contribute effectively from day one.Active State of Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrician licenseDemonstrated industrial electrical experience- not just listed as a skill, but hands-on, verifiable experience in industrial environmentsAbility to troubleshoot electrical issues from start to finish without reliance on schematics or complete customer informationProficient with 120V, 480V, and low voltage systemsKnowledgeable in motor controls, transformers, lighting, and switchboardsExperience with feeder sizing requirementsAbility to measure, thread, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit up to 4"Strong working knowledge of NEC codeAbility to interpret blueprints, plans, drawings, and rough sketchesComfortable working with minimal supervision and managing priorities across multiple tasksCapable of training and mentoring less experienced electriciansProficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP systems)Ability to lift 50 lbs.Valid driver's licenseNice to have:Experience running projects independently, large or smallNFPA 70E / electrical safety compliance familiarityPrior experience working for an industrial electrical contractor
