This is a true full-stack position that encourages continuous learning and growth across both front-end and back-end disciplines, empowering you to expand your capabilities and expertise.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nSupport and enhance a customer-facing web application, focusing on ReactJS-based micro frontends and cloud-native backend services.\r\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate features, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and maintainable software.\r\nWork within an Agile environment, actively participating in two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, and contributing to sprint goals.\r\nAnalyze requirements, prepare design specifications, and write and test code to deliver moderately complex functionality for key applications.\r\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to performance, quality, and cost, applying specialized knowledge of engineering applications.\r\nLead the resolution of medium to difficult technical issues and provide timely support for production issues in line with established service level agreements.\r\nEngage in upskilling and reskilling efforts to align with evolving project requirements and technological advancements.Required Skills & Experience\r\nStrong proficiency in ReactJS and TypeScript for building modular, reusable UI components and effective state management within a micro frontend architecture.\r\nDemonstrated experience designing and integrating independently deployable frontend modules to support scalable and maintainable UI systems.\r\nSolid understanding of NodeJS for building RESTful APIs and backend services in a microservices environment.\r\nExperience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including automated build, test, and deployment pipelines; familiarity with GitHub Actions and advanced security practices.\r\nAbility to securely and efficiently consume and expose APIs across frontend and backend layers.\r\nHands-on experience deploying and managing applications using AWS services such as ECS Fargate, Dynamo, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and Terraform.\r\nProficiency with PostgreSQL or equivalent Relational Database systems.\r\nKnowledge of unit and integration testing tools like Jest, Vitest, RTL, and JUnit.\r\nExperience with automated testing tools such as Playwright.\r\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog or AWS CloudWatch for observability and debugging.\r\nComfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.Compensation\r\nThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $50-60/hr.
