The Barback is responsible for ensuring the bar area is clean, tidy, and fully stocked. The Barback focuses on assisting Bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently.\r\nThis position has an hourly rate of $17.00 + Tips.\r\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nSetup and breakdown of bar stations\r\nReplenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction\r\nMark bar counter appropriately to food order for each course\r\nMaintain cleanliness of the bar area at all times, ensure bar area is well stocked with supplies and beverages including:\r\nStraighten bar area continuously; restock bar with clean glasses\r\nClean counters, floors, shelves, and refrigerators; remove trash\r\nCheck coolers and shelves to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and all beverages; stock bar with ice as needed\r\nCheck for supplies such as sugar, salt, stir sticks, straws, napkins as per specified inside work list\r\nRequisition of additional supplies as needed\r\nCut fruit and garnishes; retrieve special garnishes from kitchen\r\nSweeping and mopping in and around bar service areas and customer common areas.\r\nVerify each guest satisfaction during each course or beverage served\r\nAnticipate guest needs, as to where guests will never have to ask for anything\r\nWish every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming\r\nAll other responsibilities assigned by Management\r\nAdditional Duties and Responsibilities\r\nReport all suspicious persons or activities and hazardous or unsafe conditions to the management\r\nUnderstand and follow the laws and guidelines for beverage service\r\nProvide excellent service at all times to all of our guests, assist guests courteously and efficiently\r\nRespond to all guest questions.
