You will be part of an intelligence-driven and threat-focused national security organization with both intelligence and law enforcement responsibilities.\n\nResponsible for managing the task order workforce consistent with the workload priorities and assignments determined by respective customer management, to include the COR, and group leads.\nServe as the primary point of contact (POC) for the customer.\nResponsible for project direction and successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse, project management tasks. This includes direction of completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints, while interfacing with client counterparts, as appropriate.\nQualifications\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nRecent work experience, within the last two (2) years, as a senior-level or lead technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity. Recent experience directing and supervising engineering and technical personnel on a major program, project, or activity.\nBachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with a minimum 15 years of relevant experience.\nA current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to pass a polygraph.\nDesired Qualifications\n\nAdvanced operational experience and/or served as a Special Agent.\nAt least 5 years of experience supporting a law enforcement agency.\n\nPeraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan.\n\nTarget Salary Range\n\n$146,000 - $234,000.
