It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.\n\nJOB DUTIES:\nStrategic Planning: Contribute to and oversee the execution of annual business plans, ensuring alignment with our leasing, occupancy, and financial targets\nFinancial Oversight: Prepare and analyze financial reports, manage budgets effectively, and oversee the financial performance of the properties\nResponsible for the operational aspects of assigned properties and meeting company goals in those areas\nAchieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency management program\nMaintain high customer service standards\nWork with team to promptly respond to Tenant requests and work with Tenants and team to minimize and resolve problems and complaints\nSet up and maintain control systems for preventive, routine and emergency maintenance and inspections\nManage all work orders and small renovation projects for property to enhance suites and curb-appeal\nCommunicate and make recommendations for current and future repairs and building needs\nCoordinate service contracts for on-site operations including but not limited to HVAC, landscaping, fire inspection contracts\nProvide outside the box ideas on how to become a stronger partner to Tenants\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n5 years Property Management experience\nMinimum of 3 in Property Manager Role\nAbility to create spreadsheet in Excel with drop down lists and conditional formatting.
