The person in this role will be working as a member of an integrated team responsible for a key role in supporting national defense through ground testing of air and space systems the United States Air Force Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.\n\nJob Summary\nIn this role, you will be responsible for transforming creative interior concepts, hand-drafted schematics, and raw site measurements into precise, professional 2D CAD floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), and millwork details. The ideal candidate has an expert eye for spatial flow, furniture clearance, and understands applicable accessibility standards, local building codes, and technical drafting standards.\n\nJob Duties:\nWorks closely with AF Facility Space Planning\nVisit project sites to conduct physical field measurements and document existing structural conditions\nAnalyze interior spaces to maximize functionality, circulation, and user flow\nApply industry standards for furniture clearances, accessibility (Americans with Disabilities Act), and local building codes\nDraft detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, millwork, and electrical/lighting configurations.\nCoordinate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout the technical drafting phase\nFormat and compile final drawing sets for client presentations, contractor bidding, and permitting\nConvert physical site dimensions into accurate \"As-Built\" digital drawings\nCreate Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) and detailed finish schedules\nIt is a condition of employment to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with supervisory direction and company policy.\nPerform other duties as required.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nTechnical certification in a relevant field (ex.
