Our culture is entrepreneurial, mission-first, and meritocratic, giving you direct access to decision-makers and real influence over how we win and deliver.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDesign, build, maintain and troubleshoot data extracts and SQL queries supporting CMM, CBM and program reporting.\nTransform source data into reliable datasets for financial and operational analysis.\nSupport automation of recurring monthly, quarterly and annual processes.\nPerform data validation and reconciliation and assist analysts with identifying anomalies and data-quality issues.\nSupport interfaces between CSP systems/tools and analytics/reporting capabilities.\n\nRequired Skills\n\n5–8+ years in data engineering, database development, SQL development or related technical roles\nBachelor's degree required in computer science, information systems, data analytics, engineering or related discipline\nAdvanced SQL development.\nData extraction, transformation and reporting.\nRelational databases and data structures.\nBuilding and maintaining repeatable data extracts.\nData validation and reconciliation.\nData integration and troubleshooting.\nAdvanced Excel.\nWorking knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or comparable visualization platforms.\nAbility to document technical processes, data definitions and data flows.\nPreferred Skills\nFederal financial data.\nFinancial data modeling.\nMicrosoft/Azure environments.\nPython.\nData pipeline automation.\nSharePoint integration.\nGovernment cloud environments.\nFileOnQ.\nCMM or similar financial/cost-management applications.\nLocation & Work Requirements\nCandidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.\nU.S. citizenship is required for this position.\nThis position is contingent upon contract award.\n\nPreferred certifications: Microsoft Azure/Data certifications, SQL/database certifications, Power BI or equivalent.\n\nSalary Range 130,000-140,000\n\nAt INTEGRITYOne Partners, we hold ourselves and our team members to high standards—and when our people meet those standards, the personal and professional rewards are meaningful.
