We’ll depend on your eagle eyes to visually inspect equipment before each shift, make sure machines are well-maintained and able to operate in a safe and efficient manner.\nBecause we know you have much more to offer than just operating and maintaining equipment, we will lean on you to inspect your products before they ship to ensure that we maintain our position as the leader in the head manufacturing space.\nHave you ever taken a tour of a bourbon distillery or seen the stainless-steel equipment inside of a brewery? Because in most cases, those components were crafted here at our production plants.\nWe pride ourselves in developing new technologies for our shop. Not only adding new technology, but also modernizing our legacy equipment.\nWe understand that making a career transition is a difficult decision therefore during the training process you will be paired with one of our veterans to ensure that you get the necessary training that will lead you to success. Our typical employee training will have you partnered for 2-3 months or until you both feel confident and comfortable.
