This role blends technical leadership with deep engineering expertise across modern web frameworks and native mobile platforms, while owning mobile release pipelines and partnering closely with backend engineers, QA, security, product, and compliance teams.\nWhat you will do Technical Leadership & Architecture Define and own the front‑end and mobile architecture across web and native platforms. Lead development using Vue.js for web applications and React Native for cross‑platform mobile solutions, with native iOS and Android expertise where required. Establish best practices for performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability. Drive consistency in UI/UX patterns across platforms while enabling platform‑appropriate experiences.\nMobile Engineering & Deployment Own and manage the mobile CI/CD and deployment pipeline, including App Store Connect and Google Play releases, code signing, certificates, and provisioning profiles, versioning, phased rollouts, hotfixes, and rollback strategies. Ensure reliable build automation, testing, and release processes. Partner with QA to implement robust automated testing strategies for web and mobile.\nSecurity & Compliance Design and implement secure front‑end and mobile application patterns aligned with banking and FinTech standards. Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, authentication, authorization). Ensure secure handling of sensitive data, secrets, and credentials. Support security reviews, audits, penetration testing, and remediation efforts.\nSkills and Abilities Proven experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives.\nProven ability programming in Vue.js, Typescript, Javascript, and React Native.\nNative iOS and Android hands‑on experience owning and operating mobile deployment pipelines.\nSolid understanding of front‑end security principles and secure mobile development.\nExperience working in regulated environments (banking, FinTech, or similar).\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA).\nDatabase design and programming with TSQL in MS SQL Server.\nKnowledge of Design Patterns, programming best practices, and SDLC, and modern CI/CD tools.\nUnderstanding of structure analysis, technical design, and database and file access methods.\nDesigning and implementing clean architecture in software solutions.\nKnowledge and experience working within Agile.\nEducation Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a directly related field preferred.\nExperience Qualifications 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant focus on UI and mobile development. Proven experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives. Strong expertise in Vue.js (modern Vue ecosystem), React Native, Native iOS and Android. Hands‑on experience owning and operating mobile deployment pipelines. Solid understanding of front‑end security principles and secure mobile development. Experience working in regulated environments (banking, FinTech, or similar). Experience with modern CI/CD tools. Knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA). Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design. Experience integrating with backend APIs and distributed systems. Prior experience supporting audits and SOC reviews.\nThe estimated salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $140,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
