This individual is proactive, dependable, and able to balance guidance from senior engineers with independent problem-solving to deliver accurate and effective engineering solutions.\nIDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE\nBachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering preferred\n3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in precast or structural design\nStrong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction practices\nProficiency with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new technical challenges\nWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nOccasional visits to active plant and field locations are required based on operational needs.\nAbility to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required while in the plant and field.\nMust be able to stand, walk, and navigate active plant and field environments as needed.\nMust be able to climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely move through industrial work areas.\nMay be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, and other standard industrial hazards.\nMay be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration.\nThis profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
