It's our mission to make their lives easier through smart supply ordering solutions and a state-of-the-art distribution center they can rely on.\n\nWe are seeking a Senior SQL Developer with expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL development, data warehousing, ETL processes, SSIS, SSRS, database performance tuning, and enterprise system integrations. This role will support and enhance our SQL Server environment while developing scalable reporting, analytics, and data integration solutions.\n\nThis position is ideally performed onsite at our Green Bay location. While onsite presence is strongly preferred, a hybrid schedule may be considered for candidates who demonstrate the ability to effectively meet the responsibilities of the role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain, support, and enhance SQL Server data warehouse environments using T-SQL and SSIS; develop advanced stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SQL Agent jobs.\n\nDevelop and support integrations with internal and external systems.\n\nCreate and maintain SSRS reports, including parameterized, drill-down, and matrix reports; design, implement, and maintain queries, dashboards, reports, and data solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues with minimal supervision and provide database support to web developers and reporting teams.\n\nDocument system processes, procedures, and technical workflows; support end users with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Dynamics GP applications.\n\nCollaborate within Agile development environments and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.\n\n7+ years of experience with IT applications, relational databases, and software development, preferably MS SQL Server.\n\n5-7 years of experience supporting ERP/CRM integrations and IT development initiatives using web technologies and architectures.\n\nExperience with sales order processing, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, or wholesale distribution is a plus.\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nSQL Server 2012+ and Azure SQL; SSMS, SQL Profiler, and Database Tuning Advisor.\n\nSSRS and SSIS development; data warehousing, ETL, and data integration.\n\nJIRA and Azure DevOps.\n\nODBC connectivity and report-writing tools.\n\nMicrosoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access.\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics GP (preferred).\n\nWhat Makes You Successful\n\nStrong database performance tuning and optimization experience.\n\nAbility to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of large-scale system integrations and application development concepts.\n\nExcellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to quickly learn new technologies and understand technical documentation.\n\nThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and organizational needs.
