This entry-level role offers plenty of opportunities for advancement as you expand your skills and expertise!\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\n• Support our team by ensuring compliance with essential pharmaceutical standards (USP , , , and FDA Compounding regulations).\n• Help maintain our quality assurance programs, from SOP systems to performance improvement initiatives, keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.\n• Build trust with regulatory agencies and external auditors, ensuring our quality systems are top-notch.\n• Collaborate with suppliers and contract labs to ensure our materials meet the highest quality standards.\n• Assist with internal and external audits, playing a key role in maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.\n• Analyze and report on quality metrics, ensuring we meet or exceed industry standards.\n• Provide training and guidance to our technician team, ensuring best practices are followed across the board.\n\nWho We’re Looking For:\n\n• Someone with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM).\n• A team player who’s detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining quality in a scientific or pharmacy environment.\n\nExtra Points If You Have:\n\n• Advanced degrees in STEM fields or experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.\n• 2+ years of experience in fields like biochemistry, biotechnology, or microbiology.\n• A proven track record of working with regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical space.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n• Competitive Salary: $25.00 per hour to start.\n• Amazing Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and time off, a 401k with matching, and a Tuition Reimbursement Program to support your ongoing learning.\n• Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts in an in-person, supportive work environment.\n\nReady to Join the Team?\nWe are more than just a pharmacy; we’re a community of professionals dedicated to quality, innovation, and personalized care.
