The technical lead may be involved in the technical development of some RICEW objects but is primarily responsible for management of the technical development team.\nKey Technical Project Management and Leadership Skills\nAbility to understand overall scope of the project understanding where technical items fit into the broader picture\nManages technical scope of project, identifying, documenting, and providing direction on potential scope issues as they occur\nProvides technical estimates on new scope items that occur within the project\nOwns technical resource onboarding, providing direction and guidance for project processes and resources\nEffectively collaborates with functional leads and PMO on technical status, resource allocation, requirements gathering, and unit and system testing of development objects\nAbility to prioritize and delegate/distribute work effectively\nAbility to QA Technical work, enforcing project development standards\nFacilitates knowledge transfer to client on turn-over of technical objects to client resources\nKey Business Analyst Skills\nAbility to understand business processes behind the requirements of the RICE Objects\nAbility to translate/communicate the business requirements to technical developers\nStrong organization and communication skills as the tech lead will be responsible for managing technical design workshops, communicating status, and documenting RICEW objects\nAbility to document conversion and integration data flow and design standards based upon best practices\nMust have the ability to research and understand new technology / tools quickly in order to present them as part of a high level solution during design phase\nFamiliarity with Dev/Ops practices\nKey Technical Skills\nExperience using and/or strong understanding of the following tools or functions\nSQL / PL/SQL\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)\nBI Publisher Report Development\nOTBI Report Development\nAbility to Develop Page Personalizations using Page Composer\nOther technical skills that are valuable\nJava Script\nGroovy\nShell Scripting\nPython\nOracle Cloud ERP Knowledge\nThe Tech lead should have a good understanding of at least some of the basic business processes within oracle ERP and/or SCM.
