The NGA delivers world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to policymakers, military service members, intelligence professionals, and first responders.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nLeverage project management skills to manage a client’s integration with our services\nDebug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes\nBrief Program and/or Customer leadership; Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation\nImplement, evolve, and support authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure\nImplement methods, standards, and approaches for describing, analyzing, and documenting an organization's enterprise IT architecture\nPerform software testing or validation procedures, improving the procedures as needed\nPerform system integration and experience integrating services from different systems\nHelp remove impediments and raise larger issues to the Program Leadership\nFeeding the CI/CD pipeline – requirements gathering through usability sessions\nRequirements:\n\n Minimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 8 years of relevant work experience or master’s degree with 6 years of prior relevant experience\nSEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of start\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience working with external\nDemonstrated ability to document processes/ procedures\nAbility to troubleshoot software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes\nAbility to recognize when the client requires customizations to a standard solution\nAbility to debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes\nAll candidates must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the position.\nMust have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI security clearance upon hire and must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph within the customer’s timeline after hire.
