A career at Adesso offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth and the chance to meet essential business needs.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in the consumer electronics and computer peripherals industry and established relationships with leading distributors and DMRs, including Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H, Essendant, ASI, Ma Labs, CDW, Insight, SHI, Dell, HP, Staples, and Office Depot. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market share through these channels, and leading a results-driven sales team.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow distribution and DMR accounts in the consumer electronics and computer peripherals market.• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective partners.• Negotiate agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.• Track sales performance, analyze industry trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.• Proactively resolve customer issues and maintain strong partner relationships.• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance teams to align sales initiatives and optimize results.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the consumer electronics or computer peripherals industry.• Strong network and familiarity with major distributors and DMRs in the channel.• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving channel growth.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.• Highly self-motivated with a collaborative approach.• Be able to travel.To be seriously considered, please include your resume.
