You will work with facility HVAC, process piping and exhaust, hydronic systems, and chip manufacturing equipment installations.\nPreparing engineering studies for mechanical and process systems that survey existing conditions, evaluate capacities, and make recommendations for corrections and upgrades.\nPreparation of P&ID drawings for various systems, construction specifications, sequence of operations, testing documents, and engineering reports.\nCoordinating with other engineering team members, including those from other technical disciplines.\nConducting site investigations to confirm and document field conditions.\nJob Requirements\nUnderstanding of basic building code requirements.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and a team player.\nExcellent technical writing ability.\nHighly organized.\nMust show ownership and follow-through on assigned projects.\nInterest in professional growth.\nAbility to learn quickly and grasp new concepts, especially as they relate to engineering and construction.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam is a plus.\nEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.\n3+ years of experience working for an architectural/engineering (A/E) consulting firm.\nExperience with advanced technology and industrial clients is preferred.\nPossessing an EIT certification, or will in the near future.\nPlease identify any relevant skills you might have, such as AutoCAD or Revit, or mechanical system modeling software such as PIPE-FLO, Trane Trace, Autodesk CFD, or AutoPIPE.
