As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met with efficiency and care. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while managing multiple requests simultaneously.Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, providing assistance with inquiries and requestsManage and coordinate a variety of guests requests, including reservations, transportation arrangements, dining, and activity planningRespond promptly to phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring all requests are documented and prioritized appropriatelyCoordinate with external vendors, service providers, and partners to fulfill requests and resolve issuesMaintain detailed records and databases of guest preferences, requests, and service historyTroubleshoot and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues when necessaryManage schedules and calendars to optimize service delivery and ensure timely follow-up on all requestsPerform administrative tasks including correspondence, data entry, and report preparationUphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all client interactionsQualificationsProven customer service experience in a hospitality, corporate, or luxury service environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clienteleStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency with computer systems, reservation software, and office technology platformsProblem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in addressing guests needs and concernsAttention to detail and accuracy in managing requests and maintaining recordsProfessional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset and commitment to service excellenceAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationPart to full time position, based on experience and availability.
