Guided by a strong, positive culture, we strive to create an environment where our teams thrive and guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.The Audrey Restaurant & Bar offers an elevated dining experience with thoughtfully crafted seasonal dishes, expertly mixed cocktails, and a warm, stylish atmosphere perfect for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and step in as needed to lead the team, make operational decisions, and uphold standardsMonitor financial performance by tracking sales, labor, and food costs, assisting with budgets, and implementing cost-control measuresManage staff scheduling and coverage to optimize labor, reduce overtime, and ensure consistent serviceAssist with hiring and onboarding to build a skilled, motivated, and high-performing team across all positionsResolve guest concerns or escalations professionally and promptly to maintain a positive dining experience, even during peak periodsCoordinate with Back of House and Front of House teams to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow during busy serviceSupport promotions, catering, and special events efficiently while maintaining daily operational standardsOversee opening and closing procedures to ensure the restaurant is ready for service and secure after shifts Qualifications & Experience2 years of equivalent leadership experienceFood Handler Card and TABC Certification required, or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.Experience supervising FOH and BOH teams, coaching staff, and fostering a positive, productive culture, Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring employees to build capable, reliable teams.Skilled at handling escalated guest issues, maintaining service standards, and ensuring satisfaction during peak periods.Proven ability to manage operations in fast-paced, high-guest-count environments.Working knowledge of current company systems, including but not limited to Toast, R365, Tripleseat, Open Table, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
