stakeholder engagement across large-scale initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project LeadershipLead large-scale Time & Attendance transformation programs from planning through executionManage project governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reportingPartner closely with internal stakeholders, payroll teams, HR, IT, and system integratorsDrive Agile project delivery, including sprint planning, prioritization, testing, and release coordinationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectivesUnion Payroll & Timekeeping ExpertiseInterpret and operationalize Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) within Time & Attendance systemsConfigure, validate, and troubleshoot complex pay rules, including:Daily and weekly overtime6th and 7th day premiumsMeal and rest penaltiesShift differentials and premium payGuarantees and minimum call rulesTurnaround and rest period requirementsEnsure compliance with labor agreements, payroll regulations, and audit standardsRequirements Gathering & Functional DesignFacilitate requirements workshops with business leaders, payroll teams, and SMEsDocument detailed functional requirements, workflows, and process mapsIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunitiesTranslate business requirements into scalable system configurations and functional solutionsSystems & Integration ManagementProvide expertise across Time & Attendance, Payroll, and HCM platformsSupport system integration design and data mapping activitiesCollaborate with technical teams to validate integrations and end-to-end functionalityEnsure alignment between timekeeping, payroll, and HR systemsData Validation, Testing & ReconciliationAnalyze payroll and timekeeping data for accuracy, completeness, and complianceDevelop and execute testing strategies, including UAT and parallel payroll validationPerform reconciliation between timekeeping and payroll outputsEnsure audit readiness, reporting accuracy, and data integrity throughout implementationChange Management & Stakeholder EngagementLead stakeholder communication, alignment, and executive updatesSupport training, adoption, and change management initiativesServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on payroll and timekeeping best practicesBuild strong cross-functional relationships across HR, Payroll, Operations, and ITRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in payroll, Time & Attendance, and enterprise system implementationsDeep experience working in highly unionized environmentsStrong knowledge of payroll compliance, labor rules, and workforce management processesHands-on experience with platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, Infor, or similar HCM/payroll systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data reconciliation skillsProven success leading complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience within
