Job Description We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.Responsibilities:Draft correspondences and other formal documentsPlan and schedule appointments and eventsGreet and assist onsite guestsAnswer inbound telephone callsSupports company operations by maintaining office systemsManaging processes & promoting process improvementOrdering and maintaining office suppliesPerform all other office tasksScanning client documents and processing returns30 to 40 hours a weekQualifications:Previous experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and database entry (Outlook, Word & Excel).Strong organizational skillsCompany Description Full service CPA firm specializing in tax compliance, tax and business consulting and planning, bookkeeping and preparing financial statements.
