Become a maker of possible with us.\nAssembler IV – Electromechanical Assembly\nPosition Summary:\nThe Assembler IV is a senior-level technical role responsible for advanced electromechanical assembly, troubleshooting, system integration, and workflow leadership on complex automated machinery.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n1. Advanced Electromechanical Assembly\nBuild, align, and integrate complex mechanical modules and component groups.\nAssemble wiring harnesses, PCBs, motors, actuators, and power components.\nInterpret engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation.\nPerform precision adjustments and torque critical applications.\n2. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.\nUse diagnostic tools including DMMs, oscilloscopes, and test fixtures.\nPerform root cause analysis and document corrective actions.\n3. Leadership & Mentorship\nGuide Assemblers I–III in proper assembly methods and safety.\nProvide technical training and support onboarding.\nAssist Supervisor with workflow coordination and task assignment.\n4.
