This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and factory teams to ensure fit, quality, and construction standards are met across men's and women's apparel categories.ResponsibilitiesOwn the fit process from prototype through productionDevelop and approve garment specifications and fit commentsLead fit sessions and communicate corrections to factory partnersTranslate design concepts into production-ready garmentsReview samples for fit, construction, and quality accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional and global sourcing teamsSupport block development and fit consistency initiativesMaintain timelines and product development calendar deadlinesQualifications7+ years of Apparel Technical Design experienceStrong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and patternmakingExperience with tops, bottoms, outerwear, denim, knits, and wovensHands-on experience with grading, garment sizing, and technical patternsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft OfficeExperience with PLM systems such as Enovia or FlexPLM preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequired SkillsAdobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopApparel Pattern MakingGarment ConstructionGarment FittingGarment SpecificationsMicrosoft OfficePreferred SkillsEnoviaFlexPLMGerber AccumarkOptitex
