Our culture is small with big reach, and we aim to be an unstoppable change in government.\r\nWhat You'll do\r\nSupport the Program Manager in the execution and oversight of government contract program management and reporting activities.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nSupport the Program Manager in the execution and oversight of all program management and reporting activities for an assigned government contract.\r\nManage the development, coordination, review, and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery.\r\nInterpret contract requirements and ensure deliverables align with the Statement of Work (SOW), Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), and other contractual obligations.\r\nDevelop, maintain, and enforce standardized program templates (e.g., status reports, risk registers, action item trackers, review briefings, compliance matrices) to ensure consistency and adherence to contract requirements.\r\nMaintain and track the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and support schedule performance monitoring.\r\nSupport cost, schedule, and performance reporting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) data if applicable.\r\nCoordinate cross-functionally with engineering, finance, contracts, quality, and subcontractors to gather inputs and ensure alignment with program objectives.\r\nPrepare and support program reviews and customer-facing milestone events (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR, quarterly reviews).\r\nConduct internal compliance checks prior to deliverable submission to ensure adherence to DoD and customer requirements.\r\nMaintain organized documentation and configuration control in accordance with program and customer standards.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).\r\n8+ years of experience supporting government programs in a structured contracting environment.\r\nDemonstrated experience managing and delivering government CDRLs.\r\nWorking knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and contract compliance requirements.\r\nExperience working within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment highly preferred.\r\nProven ability to create, implement, and adhere to standardized templates and documentation governance processes.\r\nExperience supporting formal program reviews and government audits.\r\nProficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, EVM tools, Jira, or equivalent).\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities within a compliance-driven program environment.\r\nCandidates local to the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area highly preferred.\r\nLocation & Travel: Candidates located in the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area will be expected to travel approximately 5% of the time.
