We have both full time and part time availability between the hours of 9am and midnight at our Corporate Office Contact Center. We also have openings for bi-lingual Spanish speaking representatives. Our Contact Center associates are responsible for providing excellent technical support and customer service to the customers of our nationwide retail chain.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage large amounts of inbound contacts in a timely manner via Phones, Chat, Text and Email.\nMaintain a general understanding of current consumer electronic devices and technology.\nIdentify customers’ needs, clarify information, qualify issues, and offer solutions.\nPersonalize support in order to improve customer satisfaction.\nAccurately document all customer contact and enter in appropriate database.\nDevelop and maintain effective working relationships to assure teamwork.\nMeet personal/team goals.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nHigh School diploma with one-year related experience in a customer service or related role preferred.\nSkilled at listening and problem solving.\nStrong verbal and written communication\nBi-lingual Spanish speaking candidates encouraged to apply.\nProficient typing skills are needed.\nAble to multitask while setting priorities.\nAdjust and adapt to unique customer types.\nPassion for technology including computers & electronics is a definite plus - have fun at work with products you love!\nMICRO CENTER OFFERS EXCEPTIONAL BENEFITS: Micro Center has great perks & benefits that include an excellent discount on computers & electronics that can be shared with family & friends.
