Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring an Experienced or Senior Structural Analysis Engineer for advanced aircraft development programs located in Berkeley, MO.\nResponsibilities Develop, integrate and document structural requirements to establish system design.\nGuide product design and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle.\nCoordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product’s environment.\nDevelop test plans and configurations; support test execution and analyze/report test results to validate that systems and components meet requirements and specifications.\nDefine and document certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Materials Sciences).\nLevel 3: 5+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.\nLevel 4: 9+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.\nPreferred Experience Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).\nSpecial Access Program (SAP) post‑start.\nExperience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) tools such as NASTRAN and PATRAN.\nExperience with aerospace stress analysis and/or structural analysis.\nConflict of Interest (COI) assessment process satisfied.\nAdditional Requirements Drug free workplace – subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met.\nExport control compliance – U.S. Person required.\nBenefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.\nHealth insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance.\nPaid and unpaid time away from work.\n401(k) plan with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 10% of eligible pay with immediate 100% vesting; Student Loan Match for eligible employees.\nPay Range Level 3: $103,700 – $140,300Level 4: $126,650 – $171,350\nLocation & Relocation Berkeley, MO.
