Embroidery Specialist - Afternoon Shift

Location: Golfballs.com – Apparel Decoration DepartmentGolfballs.com is growing, and we’re looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our Apparel Decoration Department! If you have a passion for high-quality embroidery, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do: Operate single and multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality apparel Prepare garments for embroidery, including cutting backing, hooping, and logo placement Inspect stitch-outs and samples to ensure quality and accuracy before full production Monitor machine performance and assist with basic troubleshooting Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with routine machine maintenance as directed Support production goals by meeting deadlines and productivity standards Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency Help manage embroidery supplies and report low stockWhat We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of embroidery experience (multi-head machine experience preferred) Basic understanding of embroidery techniques and processes Comfortable operating commercial embroidery machines Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Willingness to learn and take direction Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical laborBonus Points For: Experience with Barudan or Ricoma embroidery machines and software Prior experience in apparel decoration or custom product fulfillment Familiarity with quality control standards for embroideryWhy Join Golfballs.com?
