Sr. Experiential Designer

OVERVIEW OF POSITIONThis creative professional is responsible for participating and supporting in conceptual development, 2D and 3D design exploration, and producing drafts and prototypes in collaboration with production. They will be a strong and positive contributor in the creative process from start to finish and will present excellent communication skills in order to deliver meaningful creative intent on a broad range of projects. This person will bring a positive attitude to the creative culture and be a collaborator to both internal and external partners of the agency. This position will report directly to the Associate Creative Director. SENIOR DESIGNER RESPONSIBILITIES:Supporting conceptual development of brand experiences, campaigns and consumer engagement strategies that connect brands and consumers in a more meaningful wayUnderstanding each program’s objectives and goals in order to bring a meaningful creative solution through storytelling and collateralStrong contributor to the internal creative team to set a high standard for the creative development and design processWork collaboratively with the broader Episode.1 team to ensure program success and that timelines are metAbility to multitask on a broad range of projects and meeting critical deadlinesBeing part of a growing team and eager to learn and be part of a creative culture that supports a safe and open creative dialogueQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:4-6 years of creative experience contributing to different stages of the creative process including but not limited to conceptual development, 2D and 3D asset creation, and storytelling elements2D and 3D experience in creating environments, spaces, events, retail, and necessary collateral for those projectsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and IndesignProficient in 3D programs such as Sketchup, Rhino, or Blender and rendering softwares such as V-Ray or Keyshot is preferred.
