Right-of-Way Agent

We are seeking an experiencedRight of Way (ROW) Agentwith 10+ years of experience to lead land acquisition and permitting efforts for pipeline and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of land rights, easement negotiation, permitting, and stakeholder engagement while operating with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Performland acquisition and right-of-way (ROW) activitiesfor new construction and operational projects Assist in developingpreliminary pipeline routes , including cost estimates and project schedules Prepare and maintainreports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims Draft, review, andnegotiate legal agreementsrelated to real property and easements Secure necessarypermits from private landowners and local, state, and federal agencies Investigate, negotiate, and resolvedamage claims , including issuing payments where appropriate Represent the company inpublic meetings and stakeholder engagements Work independently withminimal guidancefrom Land Manager/Supervisor Required Qualifications 10+ years of experiencein right-of-way, land acquisition, or related field ActiveTexas Real Estate Commission (TREC) ROW License ActiveNotary Publicdesignation Strong knowledge ofproperty rights, title research, and permitting processes Proven ability tonegotiate agreements and resolve landowner issues Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ValidDriver’s Licensewith the ability to travel locally Work Environment & Travel Primarilyin-office role Regional day travel required(2–3 times per week within Northeast Texas) Travel is typicallysame-day (no overnight stays expected) Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
