This role will be responsible for assembling various components into finished products according to specifications, blueprints, or work orders. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and will be eager to join a high growth company.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nFollow safety protocols and procedures of the company (wearing safety shoes, glasses, and ear protection).\r\nUse all tools in a safe manner and maintain a clean and tidy work area.\r\nAbility to read diagrams and schematics of the product to assure that the assembly is accurate.\r\nEnsure the quality of the structure by checking the product is level and square.\r\nAttention to detail, specifically when checking components used on structure build like corner posts, roofs, covers etc. for damages such as dents, and scratches.\r\nAbility to use torque wrenches to torque bolts to the required specification.\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.\r\nClear understanding of manufacturing information such as front views, bill of materials, drawings, blueprints, order entry systems.\r\nAbility to problem solve using oral or written instructions to assemble switchboards, panelboards, and proactively identify missing components.\r\nUtilize various hand tools to accurately install material by closely following established procedures for completing assigned functions.\r\nCommunicate progress of jobs in the area of assignment and identify problem areas or part shortages.\r\nProactively identify opportunities for process improvement as well as complete root cause analysis in response to issues with quality or production.\r\nBe responsible for quality, including visual inspections of material before and after assembly, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.\r\nAssemble copper bussing according to design and checking for correct spacing from phase to phase and ground.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:\r\nStrong ability to work with concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail.\r\nAbility to work independently and cooperatively with others.\r\nExcellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.\r\nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.\r\nAbility to multi-task, establish work priorities, and efficiently manage time.\r\nProficiency with using a computer and with CAD software to be able to open and follow design of structure.\r\n\\nCompany DescriptionAt Swift Force Solutions, we bring candidates and employers together.
