Design, test, debug, document, and implement those programs. Consults with users to design, modify, and explain program changes or to provide technical support. Resolves problems which occur in production systems. Participates in formal and informal training programs.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities:\r\nAnalyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications.\r\nProvides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.\r\nPerform complex technical assignments independently, as well as, in large team settings.\r\nWork independently or lead a team to develop technical solutions.\r\nActively participate in all Agile processes and functions.\r\nShow drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies, and most importantly business domains.\r\nStrong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills\r\nStrong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.\r\nWork in a fast-paced environment and good at multitasking.\r\nMay assist with identifying training needs or with the training of less experienced staff.\r\nPossesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support.\r\nMay assist with identifying training needs or with training of less experienced staff.\r\nMay serve as project leader for specific projects.\r\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\r\nBasic Qualifications:\r\nBachelor's Degree\r\n5+ years of professional experience in the IT field\r\n4+ years of Java development experience\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\nExperience with creating and maintaining APIs\r\nAutomation experience\r\nExperience working in multi-platform environment.\r\nAbility to balance both development and support roles.\r\nExempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) ( No = eligible for overtime pay)\r\nYes\r\nWorkplace Type:\r\nOffice\r\nOur Approach to Office Workplace Type\r\nCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
