This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on ownership and can step into an established process with minimal ramp-up.\nThis is not a strategic CFO-level position - it's a \"get it done\" role for someone who wants to lead a lean, capable team and independently own the monthly close.\nThe Situation\nThe current Controller is transitioning out for a 16-week leave, with the interim Controller assuming full responsibility by the end of July.
