Sign On Bonus and Relocation!The Vice President of Cardiovascular Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the comprehensive cardiovascular service line, including the cardiac catheterization lab, cardiology clinic, and cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, financial performance, and service line growth, while fostering strong physician engagement and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction across all associated departments.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA or MHA preferredMinimum of 5 years of leadership experience in cardiology services within a healthcare settingRegistered Nurse (RN) strongly preferredProven track record of financial management, strategic planning, and operational leadershipStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinical quality metricsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsPACS and dictation system environment – preferredKnowledge of the radiology and cardiology workflows in various modalitiesKnowledge of medical imaging and related terminologyKnowledge of DICOM and HL7 standards
