This role will collaborate with Sales, Governance, and Proposal Development teams to prepare essential documentation, manage proposals, and conduct thorough research to inform winning strategies. The Proposal Analyst is critical in ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to rigorous standards throughout all proposal activities. All candidates must be eligible to work without need for sponsorship by employer.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nLead market research initiatives to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities within state and local government markets\r\nWorks with assigned Proposal Manager to cross-check all proposal requirements and document submission structure\r\nCompletes and prepares administrative forms, addenda, subcontractor forms, certifications, financial statements, and other required documentation\r\nPrepares resumes for inclusion in bids; assists Proposal Managers with gathering data from Resource Management systems and updating as appropriate\r\nPrepares submission packages in support of Editor; submits proposal packages when deadlines dictate\r\nSupports proofing and editing tasks throughout the proposal development lifecycle\r\nRoutinely monitors procurement sites and distributes supplementary documents to internal stakeholders, including Sales, Governance, and Proposal Development teams\r\nAssigned to support two to four proposal managers at a given time; manages an average of at least 10 proposals per quarter\r\nSupports opportunity capture efforts by delivering research, planning, and other tasks as required by opportunity owner\r\nSupports proposal and sales development activities in planning and preparation for RFPs/RFxs\r\nSubmits Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests via GovWin or SLED procurement websites according to procurement rules\r\nPerforms GovSpend and GovWin research for background development and competitive intelligence\r\nConducts front-end research on competition, solutions, and gaps to assist sales team; researches appropriate solutions and incumbents while relaying intelligence to ensure proposals address information gathered\r\nReviews state/local budget documents to understand potential needs and allocations for project work\r\nCompiles data related to competitors' products including pricing, sales, marketing or distribution methodology, and identifies key personnel for collaboration purposes\r\nResearches existing contracts based on organizational opportunity parameters, capabilities, and timelines\r\nManages procurement login database; registers/enrolls/updates procurement sites as needed while maintaining best security practices\r\nFulfills compensation data requests using Economic Research Institute database platform or similar tools\r\nArchives documents and graphics, client and partner material, and other non-Loopio specific items to the Proposal Development Center Knowledge Base (Teams site)\r\nWhat You'll Need\r\nRequired\r\n2-4 years of proposal administration, research, and/or analyst support experience\r\nKnowledge of state and local government procurement processes is highly recommended\r\nMust be located in EST or CST\r\nStrong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail\r\nAbility to support multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nAbility to translate business goals into actionable research and proposal strategies\r\nCollaborative team player with ability to work across functional areas\r\nCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and security best practices\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions\r\nSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.\r\nAbility to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor\r\nLI-JE1\r\nReasonable accommodation statement\r\nIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824–8111.\r\n$60,000 - $70,000 per year\r\nThe pay range for this position is listed above.
