The Loader Operator drives a truck equipped with a loader to and from their destination. This employee carries empty cages into the chicken house and loads full cages onto the truck. This position requires CDL licenses.\n\nResponsibilities:\nPre and post trip on trucks and loaders.\nMust run GPS system in trucks properly.\nEnsure safety.\nCatcher birds if needed.\nBack-Up to crew foreman.\nHelp other loader operators or drivers as needed.\nReport any damage to farms or equipment.\nReport any catcher misconduct.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nClass A Commercial Driver’s license.\n1 to 2 years of experience\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.\nAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.\n\nWhy Work for Pilgrim’s?\nSchedule: Dayshift: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.
