Role Description We are seeking a full-time Bicycle Mechanic to join our team in Venice, FL. This on-site role involves performing routine bicycle maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, assembling new bicycles, and assisting customers with technical inquiries. The Bicycle Mechanic will ensure all bikes meet shop standards for safety and performance while providing outstanding service to our customers. Collaboration with the team to maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-centered workspace is a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proven skills in Bicycle Repair, Bike Repair, and maintenanceKnowledge of Bikes and Bicycle componentsStrong Communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customersAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamPrevious experience as a bicycle mechanic is highly desirablePassion for cycling and familiarity with the industry is a plusFlexibility to work weekends and during peak business hours
