A secondary workstream supports the build-out of an Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence framework through technical writing and documentation. This is a highly visible, build-from-scratch opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex, undocumented processes into clear and usable learning experiences. If that sounds like a fit, we encourage you to apply.Requirements:5+ years of professional experience in learning and development, instructional design, content development, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience building foundational training content for enterprise or corporate audiencesExperience conducting stakeholder interviews and information-gathering sessions with subject matter expertsAbility to map end-to-end business processes into curricula and structured learning flowsExperience documenting current-state processes and translating them into training contentProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, including converting slide-based content into video deliverablesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex processes understandable to a non-expert audienceAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate with limited directionPortfolio or samples of previous content development work required as part of the interview processPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Captivate or a comparable eLearning authoring toolTechnical writing or documentation experience, particularly supporting process or framework documentationFamiliarity with organizational change management principles and Center of Excellence modelsExperience supporting a merger, acquisition, or large-scale organizational integrationExposure to the energy, utilities, or commodities space, including commercial and wholesale operationsExperience developing software orientation or systems training contentFamiliarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards (not required for this engagement)Responsibilities:Develop foundational learning content covering the client's commercial and wholesale business and its end-to-end operational processes.Build high-level orientation content for the systems and applications that integrate into those workflows.Conduct stakeholder interviews with subject matter experts and business leaders to gather process detail and validate accuracy.Document current-state processes and translate them into structured curricula and learning flows.Produce deliverables in multiple formats, including slide decks, video modules, and supporting learning materials.Convert PowerPoint-based content into video learning modules using available authoring tools.Partner with change management leadership to align content with the broader integration timeline and audience needs.Provide technical writing and documentation support for the Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence framework as a secondary workstream.Revise and iterate on content based on stakeholder review and feedback.Prioritize learning content development as the primary deliverable while flexing into documentation support as capacity allows.Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
