The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically proficient, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication with customers and internal team members.\nThe successful candidate will support and lead a variety of RF engineering projects involving commercial wireless and public safety systems. Typical projects include commercial cellular (5G NR / 4G LTE), public safety/LMR radio systems, RF compliance evaluations, propagation modeling, and wireless infrastructure development.\nThis position consists of approximately 70% office work and 30% field work.
